Works okey, but if I ask
"Who is hiring software developers" or "Who is hiring"
then I don't get an answer.

"Who is hiring software developers in Cambridgeshire" produces no results.
"Who is hiring software developers in Cambridgeshire, uk" cannot be interpreted - apparently 'Software development, the translation of a user need or marketing goal into a software product is not an occupation'.
of course not, it's a lifestyle.
